- Rildok is a type of food made of with chunks of mashed potatoes especially served with fried onions, garlic, chilies and tomatoes which enhanced the taste of the food.
- Tingmo is a food which is soft, streamed bread made from wheat flour and normally served as a side dish.
- Riki Kur also called Potato Pancake which provides a better source of carbohydrates and gives energy for trekkers.
