The tour begins with a cultural exploration of the heritage sites in Kathmandu valley. You can explore the magical spirituality, culture, and architectural wonders in the places that you will go to. Exploring the ancient and medieval spiritual and historical sites in the valley will introduce you to the Nepalese culture, tradition, lifestyle and the essential spirituality.
Later, you will also explore the natural heritage site of Chitwan national park to explore the wildlife. The tour continues to the birthplace of Buddha for another cultural heritage exploration mixing it with an abundance of spiritual vibes.

Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu
Upon your arrival in the Kathmandu airport (TIA) you will be greeted by our Approved Holidays representative who will be at the airport gate to greet you. There is then a short journey to your Hotel. After you have checked in and relaxed there will be a tour briefing where we go through the tour in more detail and answer any of your questions. The rest of the day is at leisure, one of our guides will introduce you to Kathmandu. In the evening we organize a welcome dinner at an excellent traditional Nepalese Restaurant where you can enjoy a Nepalese cultural program as well as a fine meal. Overnight at Kathmandu.
Day 02: Mountain Flight & Kathmandu Sightseeing: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupatinath, Swayambhu, Boudhanath
Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupatinath, Swayambhu, Boudhanath today is particularly special day, it begins early with a twenty minute drive to the domestic airport for one of the most dramatic air flights in the world- a journey right into the heart of the Himalayas to the face of Mountain Everest and unparalleled panoramic views. After breakfast at your hotel, we start a guided tour to four of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu. Kathmandu Durbar Square holds the palaces of the medieval Malla Kings who ruled over the then Kathmandu Kingdom. Pashupatinath houses a sacred lingum or the phallic symbol of Lord Shiva. The Aryaghat alongside Pashupati and on the banks of the Bagmati River is a famous funeral site for the Hindus. From Pashaputinath we take a short drive to the sacred Buddhist shrine of Boudhanath, it is one of the largest stupas in the world, and one of the holiest Buddhist pilgrimage destinations in Kathmandu. The area around Boudhnath is also famous for over 50 Tibetan Gompas or monasteries. Another short drive takes us to Swayambhunath, meaning the "the self-existent" the site is popularly known among foreigners as the Monkey Temple owing to the large monkey population residing in the area. Day 03: Sightseeing Tour: Patan and Bhaktapur
We start our tour of two more UNESCO World Heritage Site cities adjacent to Kathmandu: Patan & Bhaktapur. Patan lies five km southeast of Kathmandu in a crook on the south bank of the holy Bagmati River (a tributary to the Ganges.)The town contains a wealth of Buddhist and Hindu temples along with many fine bronze gateways and wonderful carvings. Patan is recognized for its expert metal craftsman and it is known as The City of Fine Arts. Similarly, the medieval town of Bhaktapur, or the Town of the Devotees, contains some wonderful medieval arts, architecture, culture, and lifestyle. It is situated seventeen kilometers from Kathmandu. A visit to the town is like traveling back into the past Bhaktapur thoroughfares, squares and narrow streets are something very special. Day 04: Drive to Chitwan
Today after an early morning breakfast we head towards our Jungle Safari. We take our private bus to Chitwan situated 150 kilometers from Kathmandu and a 5 hour very scenic drive. After checking into the hotel and getting refreshed you will be briefed about the full guided nature program over the next two days by our nature guide. The program includes an elephant safari and bathing with them, nature and jeep safaris, bird watching there will be a guided village walk and a walk on the banks of the Rapti River to watch charming sunset views in the sub-tropical jungle. In the evening dinner is held along with a cultural program by ethnic people and tribal drums. Overnight at Chitwan. Included meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Day 05: Full Day at Chitwan National Park including Jungle Safari
Chitwan National Park has been declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Today you will discover why Chitwan National Park is such an important place in preserving the wildlife of Nepal. The Park is home to rhinoceros, tigers, leopards, sloth bears, wild bison, Gangetic dolphins and over 500 birds along with many butterfly species, as well as the near-extinct Gharials crocodiles.

Day 06: Drive to Lumbini (The birthplace of Lord Buddha)
Today soon after an early morning jungle walk followed by breakfast we travel on to Lumbini situated about 190 kilometers from Chitwan and around a 4 hour's drive. Lumbini is not the most important Buddhist pilgrimage site in the world. Reaching Lumbini, we explore some of the major landmarks and monuments in Lumbini such as: Mayadevi Temple the exact site where Buddha was born, Ashoka's Pillar, erected by Emperor Ashoka (249 BC), and various other temples & monasteries founded by the devotees from different countries: Tibetan, Chinese, Japanese and Burmese, Korean, along with many others. Day 07: Drive to Pokhara & Sightseeing
Today we drive to Pokhara 6-7 hours stopping for lunch on the way. The drive again is very scenic as we drive further west into the mountains, following rivers for much of the day. Pokhara has to be one of the most beautiful places in the world. The town offers magnificent views of Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Machhapuchhare, five peaks of Annapurna and others. Pokhara is also the gateway for trekking in the Annapurna Region. On arrival at Pokhara, people can choose to relax and perhaps do some boating on the beautiful lake or a sightseeing trip to some of Pokhara's marketplaces, old bazaars, and landmarks. In the evening, explore the surrounding lakeside areas. Overnight at Pokhara.Included meals: Breakfast
Day 08: Full Day Pokhara Sightseeing
We spend a full day exploring Pokhara. Early morning we drive to the Sarangkot Hill for some wonderful sunrise views over the Himalayas. After breakfast, there is a day of sightseeing. Enjoy walking along the banks of Phewa Lake with the stunning reflection of Fish Tail Peak in the waters. We take a boat across the lake which is the second biggest lake in Nepal and take an hour's walk to the World Peace Pagoda. Some other places we visit today include the Seti River Gorge, Devi's Fall, and the Mountain Museum. Overnight at Pokhara.Included meals: Breakfast
Day 09: Fly to Kathmandu
An early morning flight to Kathmandu (25 mins) and we are soon back at our hotel. Today is a day to relax and perhaps do some last-minute shopping? There will be a farewell meal in the evening to share our experiences together.

Day 10: Fly Home: Farewell Friend
All good things must come to an end! You are saying goodbye to the mountains and preparing for your onward destination today. Our representative will escort you to the airport in good time to check-in for your onward flight. We know you will have enjoyed your time with us and we are always here to welcome you back again.
