While you are on the trip, you will explore the area of the 8th highest mountain in the world. Mt. Manaslu stands 8,156 meters above sea level. The impressiveness of the mountain in addition to several others is certainly spectacular. You will also trek over a mountain pass on the adventure that takes you over 5,000 meters above sea level. Larke La (also Larkya La) is the pass that you trek over on the trip.

Day 01: Kathmandu

On the first day of the trip, we welcome you at the airport on your arrival and transfer you to hotel. After checking in at the hotel, you will have free time to adjust and relax.

Day 02: Explore Kathmandu - B

We will go for a full day sightseeing tour in Kathmandu after breakfast today. It's a cultural heritage tour that takes us to beautiful ancient and medieval sites in the valley. We explore from Buddhist stupas to medieval palace squares.

The places include Swoyambhunath aka Monkey Temple, Patan Durbar Square, Boudhanath stupa, and Pashupatinath temple.

Day 03: Soti Khola (730m) – B.L.D

We set off on a long drive for the day. The drive takes us to Soti Khola that is the starting point of our trek around Manaslu area. It takes us around five hours to reach the destination. Once we reach the destination, we can wander around to explore the surroundings.

Day 04: Machha Khola (930m) – B.L.D

We start the trek from today. On this first day of the trek, we trek to Machha Khola in the Budhi Gandaki valley.  About five hours of the trek today goes through peaceful surroundings with beautiful nature.  Once we reach Machha Khola and settle into a guesthouse, we can take leisurely wandering around.

Day 05: Jagat (1,410m) – B.L.D

The trek today goes through amazingly peaceful trail surrounding to Jagat. It is another day of about five hours of walk through beautiful nature. We walk along the river valley and enjoy the wonderful surroundings. Eventually, we reach a small and beautiful settlement of Jagat to stay overnight.

Day 06: Pewa (1,710m) – B.L.D

Pewa is our destination for the day. We set off on another incredibly beautiful day of trekking adventure and walk along the river valley. Traversing the meandering trail up and down the mountain, we walk past several beautiful villages along the trail. We eventually reach Pewa that is our overnight place for the day.

Day 07: Ghap (2,050m) – B.L.D

We continue the trek to Ghap village today. The walk continues along the river valley that brings beautiful natural surroundings to us. Walking through several beautiful places, we finally reach our overnight village for the day - Ghap.

Day 08: Lho Gaun (2,910m) – B.L.D

The walk continues to Lho Gaun today. Another wonderful walking day, it gets us slowly towards the higher elevation of the mountains. We feel the elevation gain as we continue walking towards Lho Gaun for the overnight stay.

Day 09: Sama Gaun (3,530m) – B.L.D

We trek to the beautiful Sama Gaun today. This ethnic village that is situated over 3,500 meters above sea level is our overnight place for two days. The peaceful and scenic surroundings along the trail offer us a wonderful trekking experience.

Day 10: Acclimatization Day – B.L.D

There is an extra overnight stay here at Sama Gaun for the acclimatization purpose. We will utilize this day by hiking to Birendra Lake on the way to Manaslu Base Camp and also by exploring the village.

Day 11: Samdo (3,830m) – B.L.D

A short trek of about four hours takes us to Samdo village today. This is another beautiful village in the region that has amazing cultural wonders to explore. Although a short trek, the experience is truly incredible.

Day 12: Dharmashala (4,470m) – B.L.D

We continue the trek further higher to Dharmashala, which is also the base of the Larke Pass. This is also the highest overnight camp of the trip. We will have time to explore the surroundings of the Dharmashala once we reach there.

Day 13: Bimthang (3,720m) via Larke Pass (5,106m) – B.L.D

Today is the day to cross Larke Pass, the highest elevation on the trip. The trek today may feel a bit challenging as we walk up towards the pass but it is certainly as rewarding as anything can be. We can enjoy an incredible view from the top before descending to Bimthang to stay overnight.

Day 14: Goa (2,560m) – B.L.D

After the challenging day of crossing the Larke Pass, we are now on easier trekking days and also almost at the end of trekking. We trek to Goa today that brings us almost 1,200 meters lower in the elevation.

Day 15: Tal (1,700m) – B.L.D

We are on the final day of the trek and walking on the apple pie trail of Annapurna Circuit. So, we will meet trekkers heading towards Manang and famous Thorong La around the Annapurna. Our destination for the day is Tal village in the beautiful Marshyangdi river valley.

Day 16: Kathmandu - B

We drive back to Kathmandu today via Besi Sahar. A four-wheel drive on the dirt road takes us to Besi Sahar before starting to drive on the highway back to Kathmandu. It is a long day drive.

Day 17: Departure Day - B

We will transfer you to the airport for your departure flight.
